SHIPPING

All our items are made to order. Orders are usually shipped within 4-6 business days.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy on our regular items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to start a return.

To be eligible for return, the item/s should be in original condition, with tags and unworn.

Contact us with your order number to begin a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you the information about where and how to to send back the return item/s. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns / exchange for limited edition series items. These are items that are as such marked in our launch communications in our emails and/or on our Instagram.

We strongly recommend referring the size charts carefully before placing an order.

Since every item is made to order, they are non-refundable. We offer product exchange in case you're not happy with what you receive.

PROCESSING

All items for orders going to US and International destinations are made to order by professional experts at our partner facility in San Jose, California.

Orders going to Canadian destinations are made to order at our partner facility in ON, Canada - in order to speed up delivery. Please note that this is subject to local availability of items ordered. If items ordered are out of stock at our partner facility in Canada, then instead of waiting for the stock we will proceed to fulfil it fully or partially via our partner location in the US.

Shipping Times

Usual shipping times, after dispatch -

- United States: 1 week
- Canada: 3-4 weeks (usually faster)
- Everywhere else: 4-6 weeks

These shipping times are indicative and NOT a guarantee, since shipping service companies may take longer to deliver your package based on actual conditions.

MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

Sometimes orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled through separate packages.

This happens when we are able to fulfil a part of your order earlier than the rest and we would like you to receive the ready items as soon as possible!

So, we ask you to wait for atleast 1-2 more weeks for your remaining items to arrive, before contacting us for missing items.

In case, you are not happy with your order or there is a missing item please contact us, mentioning your full name, a valid email id and the order number.

We will contact you as soon as possible to help you with the issue.

CUSTOMS FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

International packages may or may not get stuck in customs. The store is not responsible for this and will not be able to refund any custom fees / duties levied.

In the last one year, packages sent from US to Canada have NOT been subject to custom duties & extra taxes.

We make sure that packages don’t have prices printed on the outside label to make the transition as smooth as possible.

LOST PACKAGE

Once the package is marked delivered by USPS / courier service tracking system, the store is not responsible to offer a refund or replacement.

The store will replace the order at no cost, in case your package is lost in transit and shows not delivered for -

- 30 business days for USA
- 40 business days for Canada
- 50 business days for everywhere else

DAMAGED PACKAGE

In case the package or goods within arrive damaged, the store will ask the package to be sent back and will then issue a replacement.
